Our Story

We are a consulting business focused on advocating for education equity and inclusion for undocumented students in higher education. Through our advocacy work with the student immigrant collective, Rooted, we have seen first-hand the specific barriers that undocumented college students face in the US. While our work started at the University of Texas at Austin, we recognize that the challenges undocumented students face exist nationwide, at all types of institutions, thus inspiring us to start UndocUEquity LLC.

UndocUEquity LLC provides customized trainings to higher education professionals on how to better support undocumented students (with and without DACA) on their campus. Our goal is to share perspectives, research, and provide solutions so staff may help students navigate unique challenges they face in order to foster a sense of belonging.

The staff delivered content in an accessible and engaging way. The material was presented very clearly and in great detail. We were so pleased with the program and would highly recommend this training. It is worth every penny."
